Do I need to pre-register or can I just show up?

While you can absolutely just show up, we would prefer you pre-register. By registering, you ensure you get details about where to meet us and what to expect and can sign a waiver before class begins.

Can I try a class before I join?

Your first class is always free! Click the link at the top of your screen to find out more.

How does pricing work?

We can’t wait to meet you! FIT4MOM is more than just an incredible fitness program created just for moms. We say “Moms come for the fitness, and stay for the community”. We want you to see what we’re all about, so your first class is always free to try!

After your first class, you can choose to be a member, purchase a single class, or buy a class pack. Our FIT4MOM Membership is $99 a month for UNLIMITED classes and playgroups at all locations. That includes a one-time enrollment fee of $45. If you sign up at your first class - that fee is waived! We also offer a basic stroller membership for those moms with a more limited schedule. Our basic stroller membership is $69 a month with a one-time sign up fee of $45, also waived if you sign up after your first class. This allows you to take 5 classes per month, with no roll over to the next month. Our memberships have a three-month minimum commitment.

A single class is $35. Our 10 block of classes is $199 and must be used within three months of your first visit, our 20 block of classes is $279 and must be used within 6 months. Our Maternity Leave pass offers new moms 6 weeks of unlimited classes for $165.

Membership includes Our Village activities for you and your little one(s): music classes, play dates, crafts, invitations to field trips, Mom’s Night Out, and other special events! You can view all of our pricing here.

What do I need to bring to class?

For you: water, yoga mat, towel, or blanket, sunscreen, and comfortable exercise shoes and clothing.

For your littles: snacks, toys, diaper bag essentials, and any type of stroller.

I just had a baby, when can I join stroller classes?

You can begin attending class with your doctor's clearance to begin exercising, typically after your six week postpartum appointment. See you there, mama!

Can I attend classes if I am pregnant?

Absolutely! We encourage expectant moms to continue to exercise throughout their pregnancies as long as everything has been approved by their physician. We can modify any exercise that poses a challenge as you progress through your pregnancy.

We also have a prenatal program created just for expecting moms. You can learn more about FIT4BABY here.

FIT4MOM® recommends you obtain your doctor’s approval prior to beginning any exercise program. If pregnant, please speak with your physician before your first day.

How will I know if the class location has changed due to weather?

In case of inclement weather, outdoor class locations may change. Pre-enroll for classes to be texted with last minute weather location changes or cancellations. You can also check the schedule on our website.

Do I need to be a runner to attend these classes?

Absolutely not! FIT4MOM is for moms of all fitness levels. We meet for a warm up, then power walk or jog to each exercise station. You exercise at the pace you feel most comfortable.

At what age can my baby be in a jogger?

As a general guideline, when your baby can hold his/her head up, he/she can ride in a jogger. But, we suggest that you follow your own stroller manufacturer’s guidelines. You can use a head roll and bolster to make your baby even more secure. With shock absorbers and recline features, the age can be quite young.

Do I need a jogging stroller for the workout?

Jogging strollers are not required. As long as the stroller is sturdy, not prone to tipping and all children can be safely strapped into their seats for the duration of class, it will work just fine!

My baby (or kid) doesn't like being in the stroller, gets fussy or what do I do if I need to feed?

Our classes are designed to keep the kids engaged by incorporating songs and various props to keep them engaged, and moving to different stations throughout class. With that said, if you need to change, nurse or console your baby, please do so - remember, you are in good company, we are all moms and have all had a fussy child during a class! However, safety will always be our number one priority, and having kids safely in the strollers is how we can minimize the risk of anyone getting hurt during class. Kids staying safe in the stroller also helps you, as a mom, get the most out of your class without having to worry about where your kid is or what they are doing.

Can my older children walk along or ride their bike during class?

Safety is our first priority, so we do not allow kids to be out of the stroller during class. Kids age 5 and up my sit in a portable chair or on a yoga mat next to mom and walk with her between stations, but they cannot ride a bike, run, or participate in class.

Can I attend classes if I am pregnant?

FIT4MOM® recommends you obtain your doctor’s approval prior to beginning any exercise program. If pregnant, please speak with your physician before your first day.
