Welcome to FIT4MOM® North Atlanta

FIT4MOM is the nation’s leading prenatal and postnatal fitness program, providing fitness classes and a network of moms to support every stage of motherhood. From pregnancy, through postpartum and beyond, our fitness and wellness programs help make moms strong in body, mind, and spirit.

Our Workouts

FIT4MOM’s mommy and me, mom workout classes, and wellness programs were created to provide Strength in Motherhood®. Classes are held throughout North Atlanta, and are created by moms, for moms.

Group Fitness for Moms

Stroller Strides®

Stroller Strides is a 60-minute, total-body workout that incorporates cardio, strength, and core training, all while engaging and entertaining the little ones in a stroller! Little one in school? Pregnant? Come for a full body workout anyway with your mom friends and village.

Stroller Barre®

Stroller Barre® is a 60-minute class inspired by barre, ballet and Pilates that improves your posture, stability, and mobility while strengthening your body from the inside out! Reconnect with your body, increase flexibility, and find the inner strength you need for motherhood. A perfect workout for all stages of motherhood - pregnancy, newly postpartum and beyond!

Stroller Group Fitness

Strides 360®

Increase your endurance and speed to sprint through mom life with Strides 360®! Come play with your mom friends, with or without the stroller, during this 60-minute heart-pumping workout that will energize you for the rest of your day! Strides 360® includes out and back runs (or walks), speed, agility and quickness drills, and full body strength and conditioning.

Fitness Program for Moms

Body Well™

Body Well is our 8-week mom-only program that empowers you to improve your physical and mental well-being with weekly total-body workouts that are challenging, empowering and energizing. Plus small group accountability, nutrition, personalized coaching, and more.

Full Body Workout for Moms

Body Boost®

Body Boost® is a mom-only, HIIT workout that is challenging, empowering, and energizing. By combining cardio, strength, core training, and meditation, you will leave this workout refreshed and recharged for all that comes with motherhood.

Strength Class for Moms

Body Ignite®

Body Ignite® is a mom-only strength workout that targets every muscle in your body. This easy-to-follow program will increase your metabolism, athleticism, and ability to lift, lunge, and push everything mom-life throws your way!

Prenatal Fitness Classes

FIT4BABY®

FIT4BABY® is a 6-week prenatal program that includes weekly private group workouts, community support, and a weekly journal to document your pregnancy journey. The workouts will build your mental and physical endurance, strengthen your body, and prepare you for pregnancy, birth, and beyond. Next Session Begins October 27, 2024!

Run Club+®

Take your running to the next level with our 8-week guided training program for 5K, 10K, or half marathon distance runs. We provide opportunities to learn and improve your running techniques through our detailed training plans, coaching, and community support. Come run with us, mama! Coming late 2024!
