Stroller Workout for Moms

STROLLER STRIDES®

Stroller Strides® is a 60-minute total-body workout with strength, cardio, and core training, all while engaging the little ones in a stroller! You’ll leave class feeling strong, empowered, connected, and energized—no matter your stage of motherhood - from pregnancy to postpartum. Stroller Strides is stroller-friendly (mommy and me) but you’ll always find moms and moms-to-be without their littles, getting in a great workout!

  • Chastain Park: Mondays & Fridays at 9:30am
  • Dunwoody Park Place: Mondays & Wednesdays at 9:30am
  • Avenue East Cobb: Wednesdays & Fridays at 10:00am
  • Avalon: Mondays & Fridays at 10:00am, Saturdays at 9:30am
  • Halcyon: Tuesdays & Thursdays at 10:00am

STROLLER BARRE®

Stroller Barre® is a 60-minute stroller workout inspired by barre, ballet and Pilates, that improves your posture, stability, and mobility while strengthening your body from the inside out! Reconnect with your body, increase flexibility, and find the inner strength you need for motherhood. Come with or without your stroller for an hour-long burner!

  • Chastain Park: Wednesdays at 9:30am

Stroller Group Fitness

STRIDES 360®

Increase your endurance and speed to sprint through mom life with Strides 360®! This 60-minute heart-pumping workout will leave you energized for the rest of the day! This is a stroller-friendly class (mommy and me), so come with or without your little one!

Body Ignite® is a mom-only strength workout that targets every muscle in your body. This easy-to-follow program will increase your metabolism, athleticism, and ability to lift, lunge, and push everything mom-life throws your way!

BODY WELL

Body Well® empowers you to grow past what you thought was possible. This 8-week mom-only program includes weekly workouts, group accountability, nutritional guidance, recipes, and weekly challenges to help you improve your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. This transformational program is customized for you by setting your goals, tracking your habits, and working with your coach. Find the extra motivation you need in this small group setting within FIT4MOM’s motherhood sisterhood.

FIT4BABY® Prenatal Program

FIT4BABY® is a 6-week prenatal program that includes weekly private group workouts, community support, and a weekly journal to document your pregnancy journey. The workouts will build your mental and physical endurance, strengthen your body, and prepare you for pregnancy, birth, and beyond.

CORE & RESTORE

Core & Restore is a low-impact 30 minute workout that is equal parts challenge and calm. With a focus on deep core work, trunk stabilization, and full body mobility, this class will leave you feeling strong, capable, and connected as you take on the day-to-day demands of mom life. This virtual live workout can be done from the comfort of your home.

RESTORATIVE YOGA

Restorative Yoga is a 30-minute Yin-inspired virtual yoga class that incorporates meditation, deep stretches, and moderate-length holds to encourage a deep and restful sleep. This class promotes flexibility, mobility, and circulation while allowing your body to enter into a deep state of relaxation. Allow yourself this time before bed to still the mind, calm those achy muscles, and enter into a rejuvenating sleep.
