STROLLER STRIDES®
Stroller Strides® is a 60-minute total-body workout with strength, cardio, and core training, all while engaging the little ones in a stroller! You’ll leave class feeling strong, empowered, connected, and energized—no matter your stage of motherhood - from pregnancy to postpartum. Stroller Strides is stroller-friendly (mommy and me) but you’ll always find moms and moms-to-be without their littles, getting in a great workout!
STROLLER BARRE®
Stroller Barre® is a 60-minute stroller workout inspired by barre, ballet and Pilates, that improves your posture, stability, and mobility while strengthening your body from the inside out! Reconnect with your body, increase flexibility, and find the inner strength you need for motherhood. Come with or without your stroller for an hour-long burner!
STRIDES 360®
Increase your endurance and speed to sprint through mom life with Strides 360®! This 60-minute heart-pumping workout will leave you energized for the rest of the day! This is a stroller-friendly class (mommy and me), so come with or without your little one!
BODY WELL
Body Well® empowers you to grow past what you thought was possible. This 8-week mom-only program includes weekly workouts, group accountability, nutritional guidance, recipes, and weekly challenges to help you improve your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. This transformational program is customized for you by setting your goals, tracking your habits, and working with your coach. Find the extra motivation you need in this small group setting within FIT4MOM’s motherhood sisterhood.
BODY BOOST®
Body Boost® is a mom-only, total-body workout that is challenging, empowering, and energizing. By combining cardio, strength, core training, and meditation, you will leave this workout refreshed and recharged for all that comes with motherhood.
BODY IGNITE®
Body Ignite® is a mom-only strength workout that targets every muscle in your body. This easy-to-follow program will increase your metabolism, athleticism, and ability to lift, lunge, and push everything mom-life throws your way!
CORE & RESTORE
Core & Restore is a low-impact 20 minute workout that is equal parts challenge and calm. With a focus on deep core work, trunk stabilization, and full body mobility, this class will leave you feeling strong, capable, and connected as you take on the day-to-day demands of mom life. This virtual live workout can be done from the comfort of your home.
TRIGGERPOINT RECOVERY
This 20-minute TriggerPoint Recovery class is designed to relieve tension, improve mobility, and accelerate recovery through targeted self-myofascial release. Using a combination of triggerpoint ball and guided breathwork, you'll learn simple yet effective techniques to release tightness, increase blood flow, and reduce soreness in commonly overworked areas like the back, legs, and shoulders. Perfect for all fitness levels, this quick recovery session will leave you feeling rejuvenated and ready for your next workout! This virtual live workout can be done from the comfort of your home.
FIT4BABY®
FIT4BABY® is a 6-week prenatal program that includes weekly private group workouts, community support, and a weekly journal to document your pregnancy journey. The workouts will build your mental and physical endurance, strengthen your body, and prepare you for pregnancy, birth, and beyond. Previews begin January 5!
RUN CLUB+®
Take your running to the next level with our 8-week guided training program for 5K, 10K, or half marathon distance runs. We provide opportunities to learn and improve your running techniques through our detailed training plans, coaching, and community support. Come run with us, mama! Launching January 2025!
