At FIT4MOM, our littles meet their first friends - and we mamas meet our very best mom friends. We know we couldn't do it without Our Village! Our community is unmatched - so on this International Day of Friendship, lets take time to celebrate our FIT4MOM friends with a special playgroup activity at all stroller class locations after class on Saturday, August 2 and Monday, August 4.

This fine motor skills-focused playgroup is designed to help children develop hand-eye coordination, dexterity, and control by creating friendship bracelets. This fun playgroup is a perfect one - scalable for toddlers through school-aged kids at playgroups during summer. Plus, it’s a great chance for grown-ups to connect while little ones play and grow. About the Workout:

Stroller Barre® is a 60-minute stroller workout that improves your posture, stability, and mobility while strengthening your body from the inside out! It is the perfect postpartum workout - giving you the chance to reconnect with your body, increase flexibility, and find the inner strength you need for motherhood.

After the workout, enjoy a playgroup and conversation with fellow moms in the same age and stage as you! The class will begin promptly at 10:00am, please arrive 15 minutes early to check in!

Because as moms, we have a tendency to take on #allthethings and it can leave us feeling overwhelmed, overworked, and burnt out. You'd be surprised what just one evening of adult-only conversation without interruptions for diaper changes and snack refills can do for your soul!

Join us at Ceviche in Alpharetta for Taco Tuesday and Trivia! We’ll meet up at 7pm and enjoy a night of chips and salsa, margaritas and quality time with our mom besties!

LIT4MOM, our Book Club for Moms, is back in August!

We will be reading Lula Dean's Little Library of Banned Books by Kristin Miller - a provocative and hilarious summer read has book lovers cheering and everyone talking! Kirsten Miller, author of The Change, brings us a bracing, wildly entertaining satire about a small Southern town, a pitched battle over banned books, and a little lending library that changes everything.

Let's relax, unwind (bring your own beverage and/or a munchie to share), connect with like-minded moms as we chat about this summer read! We’ll share the host location in Mareitta to members closer to the meet up!

Bring those pre-walking babies for a skill builders playgroup just for them! We’ll lay out mats and blankets with baby-friendly toys and let the littlest littles practice rolling, sitting, crawling, and even socializing.

Have an older child? They are welcome to play with the bigger toys beside their little friends!
