This month, in honor of Mother's Day and Month of Mama, we're having a special Celebration of Mom! It will be a fun, love-filled morning with an all-levels Mommy and Me Stroller Barre workout and special treats just for you, Mama!

Join us for this very special Celebration on Monday, May 12 at Avenue East Cobb. Class will be held from 10:00 - 11:00am, with giveaways, refreshments, and a flower bar to follow!

Two of your favorite mom communities, CircleMoms and FIT4MOM North Atlanta, are coming together for a FREE Walk + Talk on Tuesday, May 13 at Chastain Park. We'll meet at picnic shelter next to the NYO baseball fields at 10:00am. Then we'll head out around 10:15am to walk the Chastain Park loop, and if you want, finish on the playground for kids to play and moms to talk even more.

This is a perfect opportunity for new moms and moms-to-be to join us for a free event and get to know both CircleMoms and FIT4MOM North Atlanta, as well as some of the moms who make up both our communities. This is a perfect option for new moms who have yet to be cleared for full workouts, but are ready for a longer walk.

Babies and kids in strollers are of course welcome, or come without!

Join Tutu School Halcyon for a very special opportunity for your little one to feel the pure joy that comes from music and movement with two very special pop-up classes with FIT4MOM: Baby Ballet and Tutu Toddlers !

Baby Ballet is a carefully curated curriculum for infants aged 6-18 months, with lots of opportunities to foster both caregiver bonding and age-appropriate development. Tutu Toddlers exposes little ones ages 18 months - 3 years to music and movement, and gives them space to fall in love with both!

Baby Ballet will be held at 12:15pm, and Tutu Toddlers will be held at 11:15am.

No better way to celebrate Month of Mama then with a Mom's Night Out! Join us for a refreshing evening of creativity, connection, and springtime vibes at Blooms & Bites! We’ll kick off the night at beautiful Scottsdale Farms, where you’ll get your hands dirty (in the best way!) planting your own custom spring planter to take home. Afterward, we’ll head to nearby 7 Acres for a delicious dinner with great conversation and even better company. Come bloom with us and enjoy a well-deserved night out—you’ve earned it!

You can bring your own pot to fill (12" or less in diameter), or purchase a pot at Scottsdale. $10 fee for soil and planting instruction. Any plants you select to plant must also be purchased before leaving.

Planting class will begin at 5:30 with the property closing at 7:00pm. Feel free to arrive early to have more time to plant and browse!

Strawberry Picking is a must do for late Spring and one of our very favorite FIT4MOM family field trips! Meet your FIT4MOM Village at Warbington Farms to enjoy the sweetest strawberries in Georgia! With over 100,000 strawberry plants in their fields, their U-pick strawberries will be available to be picked right from the vines. Plus visit with their farm animals and catch some air time on the jumping pillow.

Pack a picnic lunch/ snacks, and we will plan to meet on the picnic tables to make a memorable day of it! This is one of our favorite annual field trips, so don’t miss it! A ticket arrival time will be shared closer to the day of the field trip!

About the Workout:

Stroller Strides® is a 60-minute total-body workout with strength, cardio, and core training, all while engaging the little ones in a stroller! Led by certified prenatal and postnatal fitness instructors, you’ll leave class feeling strong, empowered, connected, and energized—no matter your stage of motherhood.

All children under age 5 must remain in their stroller during the duration of the class. Ages 5 and up can sit next to you in a camping chair or on a yoga mat. For safety reasons, they cannot participate in the workout. Wear workout gear, bring your stroller, yoga mat, water, and anything you need to make your little one comfortable (snacks, small toys, books, etc.). The class will begin promptly at 10:00am, please arrive 15 minutes early to check in!

Give a bright sunshine welcome to summer with this craft that not only builds fine motor skills in littles but also offers creative exploration! This arts and craft playgroup will be held immediately after all our mommy and me stroller classes. Pre-enroll in the FIT4MOM app.
