BODY WELL®
Body Well® empowers you to grow past what you thought was possible. This 8-week mom-only program includes weekly workouts, group accountability, nutritional guidance from a Registered Dietician, recipes, and weekly challenges to help you improve your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. This transformational program is customized for you by setting your goals, tracking your habits, and working with your coach. Find the extra motivation you need in this small group setting within FIT4MOM’s motherhood sisterhood.

Personalized accountability, motivation, and support to help you achieve your wellness goals in a small group setting
Body Well Basics, a user friendly guide that includes your program overview, My Goal sheet, Good Eats chart, Recipes, Meal Planner, and Daily/Weekly Checklists
Weekly guidance and check-ins from a Registered Dietician
An online seasonal Client Guide that dives deeper into recipes, food options, science, and more
Three HIIT workouts (we suggest attending a minimum of two HIIT classes each week)
Option to attend Strides 360 (endurance-based cardio class) as optional cross-training.
Access to a library of recorded Body Well HIIT workouts to workout any time
Small group coaching with weekly themes & challenges in our private GroupMe and
Check-ins with your personal coaches
Support and encouragement from other women in your Body Well session
Before & After fitness assessments, photos, and measurements (Optional)
Membership in the FIT4MOM Roswell Alpharetta Perimeter Our Village (opportunities to participate in all social activities for moms and littles, a community of moms in all ages and stages).
Our Body Well Transformation Sessions run three times a year (Winter, Spring, Fall), with additional Summer and Holiday sessions.

All fitness levels are welcome. It is recommended that you are at least 4 months postpartum before joining this program. This program is not suitable for expecting mothers.
