MEET THE TEAM

LINDSEY SOHRE
I am mom to two girls. I am passionate about fitness and FIT4MOM!! I have been a part of the FIT4MOM village since 2010 when I joined with my first daughter. I've coached Body Well now for almost 10 years and I love share my passion, connect moms to our village and help them set and reach their health and fitness goals. I am a believer that if Mom is happy, healthy, and confident then everyone in her family benefits! I seek to empower women to live fit, healthy lives and feel good about themselves. My goal is to challenge clients to push past what they think they can do and achieve something more--that achievement is one of the best feelings in the world. I also want them to be proud of their commitment to themselves and their health.

REBEKAH MURPHY
I am such a firm believer in the power of this program. I know first hand how it can change your wellness journey, not just in the short term, but by helping you create sustainable, lifelong habits. My passion is encouraging moms to discover their strength, build confidence, and find balance in their busy lives. Body Well is about so much more than fitness-its about supporting you as you take time for yourself and build a foundation of health that lasts.
