Join us for a FREE Mommy & Me Stroller Barre class, followed by ooey-gooey sensory play and music time with our friends from Here We Grow. This special event blends movement, play, and community in the best way possible.

We’ll kick things off with a stroller-friendly barre workout that helps moms feel strong and energized while little ones enjoy the ride. After class, stick around for hands-on sensory play, music, and exploration—perfect for curious kiddos to learn, move, and have fun. Expect door prizes, light refreshments, and plenty of time to connect with other local moms.

New to FIT4MOM? This is the perfect way to try us out. Moms attending who are new to FIT4MOM will have access to a special enrollment deal available that day only. This special event is part of our Spring Open House Week. So, whether you’re looking to move your body, meet other moms, or give your little one a playful morning out, FIT4MOM's Spring Fling is all about welcoming the season—and your new mom village—together.
