I grew up in Sandy Springs and graduated from the University of Alabama (Roll Tide!) with a degree in theatre. After graduation, I was lucky enough to perform in plays and musicals in NYC and regional theaters around the country. I am now an actor turned teaching artist turned elementary school teacher turned stay at home mom living in Alpharetta with my husband Michael, my son Sammy (4), and my daughter Maggie (2).

I joined FITM4OM in 2022 shortly after Maggie was born, and it was the best decision I made postpartum. I am an IVF mom and a loss mom (my first daughter Hannah passed in 2019) and I found FIT4MOM classes incredibly HEALING. Moving my body, spending time outside with my babies, and connecting with other moms all helped me feel stronger, happier, and more like myself.
