Hi mamas! I'm Lauren, so happy you're here! I am an Alpharetta native born and raised. I graduated from Georgia Southern University in 2012 with an Early Childhood Education degree and shipped myself off to South Korea to teach post graduation. While living in Korea for several years I met my husband Connla, who was also teaching abroad and from Ireland. After years abroad together, we moved back and got married in 2017. Once we moved back, I worked in education management and director roles, and got promoted to stay at home mom once my first baby (Senan) was born in 2019. Since then, we have welcomed our second baby (Molly 2). If I am without my kids, you can find me on a long walk or run with some good dance music remixes blasting in my ears. I have a passion for teaching and fitness, so being able to do both and within such a welcoming community is such a gift. My favorite part of being an instructor is seeing the evolvement of the babies in the community as well as moms focusing on themselves, as we all know that one hour is so precious. It takes a village to raise a child, but it also takes one to be a mother and I am so grateful to be on this journey with you. I can't wait to see all of you strong mamas in class!
