Ready to make this your strongest summer yet? Discover the magic of FIT4MOM’s Summer of Mama - a program focused on gaining strength, improving your metabolism, keeping you accountable, and doing so in a supportive environment.

Summer of Mama gives you the flexibility you need as a busy mom to support your fitness goals and keep you accountable during a busy summer. With the program, you also get small group accountability and challenges along the way. With workouts that combine cardio, strength, core training, and meditation, you’ll feel refreshed and recharged for all that comes with motherhood.

Summer of Mama Session: June 2- August 22, 2025

  • Summer of Mama HIIT Class Schedule:
  • Mondays - 5:30AM, Live on Zoom
  • Thursdays - 7:00PM, City Springs
  • Saturday - 7:00AM, Avalon
  • Optional cross-training:
  • Full Access to a Library of Recorded HIIT workouts

SESSION INCLUDES:

  • 20 Class Pass to use throughout 12 Weeks of Mom-Only HIIT workouts (Body Boost®)

  • Individualized fitness coaching

  • Small group accountability

  • A supportive community of fellow moms

What are HIIT workouts?

HIIT, or High-Intensity Interval Training, is a workout method that alternates short bursts of intense exercise with brief recovery periods. FIT4MOM’s Body Boost® is a 60-minute mom-only workout that is challenging, empowering, and energizing. By combining cardio, strength, core training, and meditation, you will leave this HIIT workout refreshed and recharged for all that comes with motherhood.

Benefits from the workouts include improved cardiovascular fitness, enhanced weight management, increased metabolism, and an increase in muscular endurance and strength.
