From mama & me classes to kid-free options - we’ve got a space that works with your season of life. New to working out or haven't in awhile? No worries - our instructors are trained to make every class work for all fitness levels.
What’s Included With Your Free Week:
✨ Unlimited access to all fitness classes— stroller-friendly and babywearing workouts, mom only HIIT bootcamp, targeted strength sessions, prenatal classes, and live ZOOM options
✨ Kid-friendly fun including a tummy time playgroup, sensory activities, music class, a family field trip, and more!
✨ Coaching by certified pre/postnatal fitness professionals; giving you modification options for pregnancy, pelvic floor, diastasis, and return‑to‑impact
✨ Community for you and your little(s)— and the chance to meet other moms and start building your village
