Mama of the Month: Michelle Han

This summer is flying by, and we are excited to get to celebrate another one of our amazing mamas! Our July Mama of the Month is the only and only Michelle Han. This strong mama makes twin mama life look easy with such beauty and grace! Michelle and her sweet baby girls joined our Village in April, and you'll usually catch them at our East Cobb Avenues and City Springs locations.

Get to know Michelle and her fam below :)

Tell us about your family: My husband, Tom, and I have been together for 10 years and married for 5. When we decided to grow our family we ended up needing the help of a reproductive specialist. So after a year of IVF treatments, I got pregnant on the third attempt (third time's the charm!). Little did I know that my single transferred embryo would split into twins! Lily and Grace were born January 2024. They complete our family along with our cat Bonnie and our dog Indi. We hope to share our love of the outdoors with our girls when they get older; there's a lot of gardening, hiking, biking, and kayaking in their future!

Hometown: West Nyack, New York

Currently live in: Marietta, Georgia

Preferred Class Location: East Cobb, Sandy Springs

Current/Previous Career: Family medicine physician assistant

Introvert or Extrovert? Myers-Briggs: INTJ. I'm definitely an introvert. I enjoy intimate dinner parties to connect with people and spending time alone to recharge my social battery.

Tell us something about yourself that would surprise us: My husband and I have a tiny home on a 6-acre farm in North Georgia; I created the blueprints for this getaway home. It was really cool to see my drawings come to life.

Favorite exercise: Strength training

Must-have baby product: the baby dremel for filing nails!

Favorite Food: I love a lot of different foods but I can live on Korean food forever, specifically my mom's kimbap

How did you find FIT4MOM? 2AM internet search while pumping

What do you love about FIT4MOM? I love the camaraderie. It's fun hanging out with smart, strong-willed, and motivated women. I also love that the classes are what you make of it; some days are going to be better than others.

What does motherhood mean to you? Motherhood is one of those experiences you don't really understand until you're in it. Motherhood has shaken up my priorities in life and the things I value. I've learned to slow down, savor the moment, and embrace change.

Thanks, Michelle!! We are so lucky to have you in our Village!
