This month, we’re thrilled to spotlight a mama who brings quiet strength, warmth, and a deep love for her family into everything she does — meet Kelly D’Amato, our June Mom of the Month!
Kelly lives in Roswell with her husband, Nick, and their adorable daughter, Dylan, who just turned one in March. The D’Amato family is growing — baby boy #2 is due this September! Their family also includes two sweet fur babies (and unofficial firstborns), Boots and Mittens.

Surprising Fun Fact: Kelly is #9 of 10 siblings (yes, TEN!), and even more amazingly, she married her high school sweetheart - a family tradition she shares with six of her siblings!!
Favorite Must-Have Baby/Kid Product: My stroller! Nothing special about it but has allowed Dylan and I to go on a lot of "adventures" together. FIT4MOM, walks through Canton Street, rainy day mall trips, etc. Giver her a snack or get her moving and she's the best on the go buddy.
Favorite Food: "Anything salty or sweet - could be the pregnancy talking but can't think of anything I'd say no to."
How She Found FIT4MOM: Kelly first discovered FIT4MOM through her family — her sister-in-law Maureen was a longtime instructor for FIT4MOM North Atlanta, and several of her sisters recommended the village. It didn’t take long for her to see the magic for herself!
What do you love about FIT4MOM? I love focusing on my own health while getting to socialize with other moms. I love that Dylan gets time outside, exposure to other kids and gets to enjoy the fun activities/socialization. The reason I enjoy coming is just as much for hanging after class as it is to workout!
What does motherhood mean to you? Giving all of yourself to care for, love, guide and protect yet somehow getting way more back in return. Hardest thing in the world but I couldn't love it more.
