Mama of the Month: Brittony Swiedler

This month, we are so excited to celebrate one incredible mom who truly embodies strength, resilience, and the power of community—Brittony Swiedler. 💛

Brittony is a mom of two—Eloise (8) and baby Wesley (3 months)—and what makes her story especially meaningful to our village is that this isn’t her first chapter with FIT4MOM North Atlanta. After originally joining with her first baby years ago, Brittony has returned eight years later—this time with Wesley—jumping right back into our mommy-and-me classes like no time has passed.

And if that wasn’t inspiring enough… Brittony is also a two-time cancer survivor.

Her journey is a powerful reminder of just how strong moms are—and how important it is to have a space that supports you through every season of motherhood.

Back Where It All Began

Like many moms, Brittony first found FIT4MOM while searching for ways to connect and stay active with her baby. What she found was so much more.

Now, years later, she’s back—this time balancing life with an infant and an 8-year-old—and has already taken nearly 300 classes with our community. Whether she’s at Avalon for a workout or chatting with other moms after class, Brittony has seamlessly stepped back into the rhythm of village life.

Strength in Every Season

When asked what motherhood means to her, Brittony kept it simple and honest:

“So much love… and patience.”

As a self-proclaimed introvert, stepping into a group setting isn’t always easy—but Brittony shows up anyway. And in doing so, she’s built not just strength physically, but meaningful friendships for both herself and her children.

What does she love most about FIT4MOM?

“Literally everything! Great workout, community, and friends for my littles.”

A Few Fun Facts About Brittony

  • 🍴 Favorite food: Tacos
  • 💪 Favorite workout: Anything for that booty
  • 👶 Must-have baby item: Fisher Price bouncy chair
  • 🎨 Hidden talent: According to Eloise, she’s really good at painting

And when asked what makes her proud of her mom, Eloise had the sweetest answer:

“Everything.” 💛

Why We Love Her

Brittony’s story is what FIT4MOM is all about.

It’s about coming back.

It’s about finding yourself again in a new season.

It’s about showing up—even when life has thrown really hard things your way.

From surviving cancer twice to raising two beautiful kids and prioritizing her health and community, Brittony inspires everyone around her without even trying.

We are so lucky to have you back, Brittony—and we love watching you write this new chapter with Wesley by your side.
