Hi there! I'm Sarah, a transplant from Virginia who moved to Atlanta in 2011 to teach first grade. My first FIT4MOM class was my first day out of the classroom in May 2019 when my son was eight weeks old. What a gift it was to find a supportive group of women sharing this early season of motherhood while investing in our health.

Fast forward to the present and FIT4MOM is a part of my daily routine. My daughter lights up during music class and I love taking stroller classes with her in tow. Engaging activities, challenging workouts, and genuine community make this village of friends a very special place!
