Hey Mamas! My name is Joanna! I grew up in Auburn, Alabama and went to Auburn University. I got my degree in Nutrition/Dietetics there, met my husband and got married. We now have 3 beautiful boys. (boy mom for the win!) We moved to Alpharetta in 2019 from Clemson, SC and have loved being in this area. I’m a stay at home mom and also work part time as a consultant. Motherhood is such a gift and I am grateful everyday for it. I found Fit4Mom through my sister who loved it so much that she convinced me to join. I was sold right after my first class. I’ve been with this community for about 3 years and now I get to help with all the crafts, playgroups and MNOs as a Playgroup Captain of Alpharetta. You’ll find me mostly at the Avalon or Halcyon. I love this community of strong mamas who I get to grow with and be challenged by alongside. And my boys love going and often times will beg me to go everyday of the week. It is truly an amazing community that is so great for both mama and kiddos.
