Calling all ghosts, goblins, and silly creatures: FIT4MOM North Atlanta's Annual Stroll or Treat returns on Halloween! Get your workout in at one of our mommy & me stroller workouts, then stay after for our annual Stroll or Treat tradition! Dress yourself and your little one(s) in costume, and bring a small fun treat (non-edible or a healthy treat is always welcome) to share with everyone after class!
